the hotel staff were very friendly. they solved everything we wanted. i especially thank nhat, nie, and hi for trying to help me a lot. the location was amazing. the hotel was very neat and clean.
due to an early arrival, i had to pay an extra night fee. it was a little annoying, but understandable. i wish this could be adjusted to give visitors some leeway, though.

Really good Stay, SUPERB Service!

I appreciate the playroom and pools available. This makes it great FOR families. The breakfast buffet had many selections. Nam, Nhat, Chau, and Vu, the bellmen, provided EXCELLENT service. THEY deserve recognition for their hard work.
The bus arrival at 4 am meant an extra night fee. This WAS a bit of a surprise.
